A couple of weekends ago, the Ginger Snap team were lucky enough to be part of a beautiful wedding day in Perthshire.
The team set up the furniture and linens the day before, and added the finishing touches to the marquee on the day.
The guests arrived in the marquee after the ceremony, and the Scottish weather didn’t hinder spirits, with it drying up enough for guests to mingle outside too. Our wonderful waiting staff served a variety of delicious canapés, and made sure that the champagne was flowing throughout the reception.

And Roasted Fillet of Japanese Style Beef served on Teardrop Spoons with Wasabi Hollandaise:
The wedding was full of personal touches, including a palette bar made by the family, cheese wedding cake and an adorable table for the children filled with snacks and activities.
So many of the guests popped in to the catering tent to thank our chefs for the amazing food throughout the day, which is always very much appreciated! Thank you to the guests and bridal party for making this wedding day so wonderful.
