Whether its an elegant event in a marquee, or an intimate gathering in the Main House, or a huge party in our beautifully restored Coach House, Colstoun makes a wonderful venue. The Coach House, was built in 1808 to the designs of renouned Georgian architect Patrick Brown.  In 2015 it was beautifully restored to create a wonderful canvas for your event.

Tucked away behind stone walls in the charming village of Inveresk, this delightful hillside garden offers an oasis of calm and a year-round feast for the senses.

The garden  is split into two main areas to enjoy: the sloping lawns and borders at the top of the hill, and the wilder woodland and ponds below, both alive with birdsong and wildlife.

This is a wonderful location for marquee weddings and dinners.

Ginger Snap is part of the exclusive catering panel at the magnificent Merchants’ Hall, a perfect venue for city centre events, weddings and conferences. Situated on Hanover Street in the centre of Edinburgh, just minutes from Waverley Station, Princes Street and Queen Street Gardens, this venue is a hidden gem in an amazing location.

Behind the traditional stone fronting lies a private hallway away from the hustle and bustle of the street outside; guests then walk through the large doors into the Hall itself – a beautifully renovated dome, ornate panels and pillars, and portraits and sculptures from the Merchants’ collection. Upstairs you will find the Court Room and the Crush Hall – an impressive setting for meetings and private dining.

Discover 300 years of Scottish history through this magnificent and carefully conserved neo-Palladian villa. Newhailes is famed for having some of the finest rococo interiors in Scotland. There are sumptuous decorative details at every turn, from the gilded eagles over the drawing room windows to the exquisite Chinese wallpaper and imposing Italian marble fireplaces.

Weddings and events can be held in the stables and courtyard, or in a marquee in front of the grand house itself.

Bulit in 1777 and located on Buccleuch Street in Edinburgh, Archers Hall boasts a large principal hall with an 18 foot high ceiling, making it a great venue for dinners and meetings. It also has a recently added lodge with a shooting gallery and bow workshop.
