On Tuesday, the Ginger Snap team supplied drinks and canapés at Bonhams Auction House, during a showing of jewellery to be auctioned next week. On the menu, we had:
Thai Fish Cakes with a Lime and Red Pepper Salsa
Gruyere Souffles in Crisp Tartlets with Red Onion Marmalade and Crisp Sage
Fillet of Lamb Marinated in Shallots, Mustard and Honey served on Rosemary Skewers with a Mint Yoghurt Dip
Carpaccio of Scottish Beef with Rocket and Mascapone served on a Croute Drizzled with Truffle Dressing and Parmesan Shavings
Sesame Coated Tuna with a Mirin Dipping Sauce
and Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Blini with Crème Fraiche Avruga Caviar and Dill
The evening was a success, with everyone commenting on how delicious the canapés were!
