Tania Dixon set up Ginger Snap in 2006, launching herself into outside catering. She has been in the catering industry since 2000 and has a passion for delicious and beautiful food. She uses the freshest ingredients, all locally sourced ensuring that everything looks great and tastes fantastic.

Since 2006, Ginger Snap has grown to take on more staff including full time chefs who are constantly creating innovative and delicious menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our experienced Event Management team is also on hand to guide you through your event from start to finish.

We are a young and dynamic team using only the highest quality ingredients, offering stunning canapés and designing menus to meet each client’s specific desires for the perfect event. We use imaginative menus and spotless presentation to ensure your event will be a celebration to remember. At Ginger Snap, we pride ourselves in providing the complete service, covering every detail from the way the napkins are tied to having helpful staff ready to welcome your guests with a friendly smile and a perfectly chilled glass of champagne to whet your appetite complemented by exquisitely presented and delicious canapés.
