On Friday, chef Jonathan, event manager Alice and waitress Bukky headed to Perthshire to cater for a 21st birthday dinner.
The guests started with champagne and a selection of canapes, including these chive, pink peppercorn and lemon flavour goats cheese canapes on sour dough croutes.
The guests then sat down for a starter of avacado salad with asparagus, parma ham and a lemon dressing:
The main course was a lamb dish with sweetbreads (one of the guests asked for seconds and thirds of the sweetbreads, they were that good!) followed by a decadent dessert of cold chocolate fondant with a molten salted caramel centre, served with fresh raspberries, a chocolate biscuit crumb and homemade vanilla ice cream:
We really enjoyed the evening, the guests and family were lovely and really appreciated the food. Thank you and happy birthday to the host!
